Our Story

Prindle Hill Construction is a privately held family owned company. PHC was created in 2007 as an answer to the industry’s demand for a high quality, minority, and women-owned site contractor. Since then PHC has become recognized on state and national levels for superiority of work and commitment to their field. PHC has continued to play a vital role by bringing jobs back to Connecticut and concentrating efforts on hiring local contractors. PHC is fully licensed, insured, and bonded in all aspects of business services.

Training and continuing education is the most valuable asset for continual success as our company grows. Our employee’s safety is one of the main focuses within the organization. Our company believes this is where success starts and continues onward.

PHC takes additional pride in the quality of services and products that we offer. Our job sites are kept exceptionally clean and efficient. Each client and project is important to us. For each client, we provide services that meet their specific requirements by customizing a variety of services around their needs. We look to lower costs, provide creative ideas, and make a positive impact on the environment. As we continually say to our clients: We strive to be the cleanest company in a “dirty business!”

PHC focuses on maintaining a “green” office and worksite, by using the most energy efficient equipment. Recycling wherever possible and using proper disposal methods of all waste and materials are a top priority.

All work is performed with the utmost respect for our clients, our employees and our environment. We deliver quality work on time and within budget. Our team respects the value of our clients and takes pride in the products and services it delivers.
